FAQ

  • How can I make a booking?

Our artists handle their bookings themselves, completely seperate to the studio. Head to our Contact page for more information.

If you’re not sure who to book with yet, there is a contact form at the bottom of the page that allows you to contact us for further advice.

  • What do I do if I'm running late or need to reschedule?

    Please contact your artist directly.

If you are running late on the day, Jurrah uses email or WhatsApp Business for messaging, and Nikita can be contacted by email or IG messages.

When you book with one of us, you will receive our individual contact details.

Please note that we each have our own personal websites listing our policies regarding bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations. These are accessible through our homepage or Contact page.

  • Where are you located?

We are in Pyrmont, on the fringe of inner city Sydney.

Our building is located at 55 Pyrmont Bridge Road. We are in a private studio, on the third floor of a large multi-storey building called WOTSO.

When you book in, we will send you detailed information on how to find and access our space.

There is free and paid street parking available, and we are 350m from both Wentworth Park and Fish Market lightrail stations.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfer and EFTPOS.

    Nikita also accepts Afterpay.

Please note there are transaction fees for EFTPOS and Afterpay, but none for cash or bank transfer.

  • Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Unfortunately our tattoo space is quote cozy so we cannot accomodate extra people in the studio. Your friends and family are absolutely welcome to wait in the reception area though.

If you require an interpreter, aide, or carer, this is of course totally fine.

  • Am I able to request more privacy if needed?

    Of course.

As we are a private studio, there will only ever be the two of us and our clients in the room at any given time, however if you are getting a particularly bare-it-all tattoo, we will try our best to book you in at a time that the studio is quieter.

  • Is your studio wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it sure is! Please feel free to reach out if you would like to check any specific requirements with us.

  • Do you tattoo people under the age of 18?

We do not, sorry. Under no circumstances. Even if you have parental consent.

It is against state and federal law, and against our insurance policy.

Once you turn 18, we are more than happy to tattoo you.
